Our Policy:
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase within Australia. We are unable to exchange, substitute, or refund products purchased abroad.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, piercing jewelry, or gift cards.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
How to Return or Exchange:

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
