We understand that buying jewelry is a special experience, and we’re here to make it as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.


1. Orders & Shipping

What are your shipping options, time and fee?

We offer standard, express, and international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location.


Standard Delivery - SENDLE
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.
VeVery is unable to deliver to PO boxes.


Within Australia:

Region 1- Shipping destination to New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory

Region 2- Shipping destination to Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory

International Shipping:

We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Can I cancel my order?

We work hard to process your order and get your purchases out for delivery quickly and efficiently. An order cancellation may be possible within 15 minutes (approximately) of receipt of your order confirmation.

To cancel an order, please log in to your customer account, then search the relevant order amid your order history and click the “cancel order” button. If the cancellation is still possible you will be asked to confirm the action. 

If the cancellation button is greyed out inactive your order can’t be changed or canceled at this stage.

In case you ordered as a guest and you are within 15 minutes of receipt of your order confirmation, please contact us immediately via phone or chat (during opening hours) and our customer service team will do every effort to process your request.

If cancellation is no longer possible, unwanted items can be returned per our returns policy.

Can I add items to my order?

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be amended in our system. The entire order could be cancelled up to approximately 30 minutes from the receipt of the order confirmation email. To see if cancellation is possible, please contact Customer Care via Live Chat

2. Jewelry Size

What size should I buy?

At VeVery, we know that finding the correct size for your ring, necklace or bracelet is important. All of our products are labeled with dimensions. To help you find the correct size, we have created a handy guide.

Extenders are available for many VeVery necklaces and bracelets.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition, with the sticky tag still in the place . We do not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings, Piercing Jewelry, or Gift Cards. Please visit our Returns & Exchange Policy for more details.

4. Product Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, secure place and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. For detailed care tips, see our Product Care Guide.

5. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed during checkout.


Do you offer financing options?

Sorry, we currently do not provide flexible payment plans.
